Dynasty Qing, XIX Century.Ruyi scepter in zitan wood carved in the shape of a branch of blooming prunus, the head showing a flower, fine flowering stalks rising along the body; the whole symbolizing the arrival of the lunar New Year, which begins with the flowering of the prunus. - China Twentieth Century, From Ye Ting Wang Ping (1884-1942): Two porcelain panels representing for one the Zhu Mountain located in Jing City of Zhen in Jiang XI Province. Calligraphies on the top right and left correspond to two poems describing beautiful landscapes. Dim to view: 55 x 27.5 cm - Total Dim: 85 x 33.5 cm. - Japan To 1900 Kusakabe Kinbei (1841-1934): Album of one hundred colorized photos depicting views of Japan, scenes from everyday life, young women; the dishes of the album in black lacquer adorned with gold lacquer and polychrome and inlays, of a woman and two men in a boat, Mount Fuji in the background, the back decorated with insects lacquered gold.
